Warm Mediterranean
The town of Moraira is located on the Mediterranean coast in the area known as Marina Alta, a real paradise, not only for the good climate but for its environment and culture. Teulada-Moraira
The municipality of Teulada – Moraira is a true paradise in the Mediterranean, with its spacious green areas, it is one of the greenest areas in the Costa Blanca.
The centre of Moraira has a good infrastructure. The town has been carefully developed with thought given to the environment and appearance avoiding tall buildings that are not so attractive in appearance.
Moraira has been able to maintain its charm and therefore remains a very popular and exclusive to live or holiday.
The average hours of sun per day is 7.5, the average temperature is around 22C º. Mild winters with only 4 to 5 days rain a month, in the months from December to March. At night you can enjoy the many restaurants that offer traditional meals to haute-cuisine.
